Yes, I think there are two. The one that I mentioned is a new society where people have moved in only about 5-6 months back, and hence a lot of options are available.

Got a 2 bhk flat in Uppal Southend, Sector 49 (near Omaxe mall) for 12k rent, all inclusive except electricity. Don't know if the rent is on the higher side or not, but that is the one for now.
