Okies, so now I can either buy a tube and insert it into my rear tyre and use it till its lifetime or buy a new tyre.
I was just curious what if i just fill that liquid in tyre to overcome this issue.
That Slime is just to be used for small punctures only.
You can still use this tyre for next 3 years with tube.
Just clean it from inner side to clear old puncture material of tubelss type.
After using it for sometime, you may not feel the pinch of being fooled.
After few years you can get a new tyre,
or
For next 6 Months experiment with tube.
If punctures are less then ok.
Keep experimenting for a year.
In Winters Rubber gets hard.
With tyre pressure of 30 psi, you will get less punctures too but other things may start to loosen, like Nut Bolts etc. or bumps will be more.
This is still a cheaper option to pass your time.
If tube is OK for this winter, then in summer you may face some problem of punctures.
Then change tyre.
You can run this tyre for more time this way.
My theory is if tube gets punctured, you have to take your bike to puncture guy by pushing it.
This way your tube gets damaged. If you have to face this for next 5-6 times the cost of tube is almost equal to a New Tyre.
Or
Buy an Air Pump of 12V a small one to carry with your bike.
Whenever you feel the pressure is less in tyre better fill air in it.
This will fulfill your cost in next 2-3 years.
You have to make a 12v socket in your bike to run 12v pump.
12v socket of covered type can be taken from Suzuki service center.
They use it in their scooter. This is water proof type socket.

I am using my CD Deluxe tyre from rear to front with tube without any problem.
Front tyre gets much less punctures.
Rear ones face more punctures as weight is more at rear.
