From Kaza it should be accessible, though in all likelihood, you won't be able to go beyond it. Even though snowfall has been quite less this year.

Hi Yogesh,
This year I am planning a bus trip till Kaza. I reach Chandigarh on 9-April morning 10-11 AM. Will there be frequent buses from Chandigarh to Shimla? If I catch the evening 6.30 PM bus from Shimla to Peo, will I be able to catch 7 AM bus from Peo to Kaza?

Take kandaghat-chail road and you will bypass Shimla. The road is narrower in width than the Shimla route, so you may end up taking the same time as the Shimla route. Once you have crossed Kufri, there are no jams and traffic eases.

You can take the following route from Pinjore to Rampur https://goo.gl/maps/VfPKad5asPx. However, please keep in mind that until you join the NH-5, the road is going to be narrow and slower than the route via Shimla (NH-5).
