Yes. They are unable to keep it open on a regular basis. Couple that with elections, this is going to be another tough year for tourism in Kashmir.

but here it comes again.
Zoji La and Rohtang headed for some more snow.

Hi,

Is traffic allowed on Zozi la in one-way durations or its two-way all the time? I heard from someone that in order to get to Leh, we should cross it before 9 AM else its a 2 hour stop where they allow traffic towards Sonamarg?

There are time restrictions in place till the road condition stabilizes.
There are high chances of avalanches.
