4 day bike ride from Delhi

Folks, I am planning a 4 day solo bike ride from the 22nd to 26th Dec from Delhi. I would be looking for off beat non touristy places with manageable road connectivity. Place with snowfall would be preferable but not mandatory. Please suggest.

Satpuli , Khirsu side is lonely mostly in this part of Uttarakhand,

Deoband, Tiuni, Chakrata, also have less tourist in winters in Uttarakhand.

You may see rush there during x-mas & New Year at Harshil but can stay at Uttarkashi.
If there is snow or black Ice on road then you may not be able to reach there.

If you are vaccinated then no need of RTPCR Report in UK.

No one will be here at this time of the year and Temple also opens all the year.
