I was wondering, if I replace your chicken with minced meat or even meat from smoked sausages, how would it feel? I intend to try and get back to the forum.

Dear BCMTian friends and viewers:)
We all love tea/coffee with snacks,and especially when it rains.
On such an evening as it was raining and it was not possible to go outside for anyone, I prepared these cutlets for tea-thirsty and snack-hungry loved ones.
I prepared these cutlets for the first time. I’m sure that the cutlets were very tasty as those disappeared from the plate very quickly.:D
Here I’m sharing the recipe. Hope you too will love to prepare it.


Recipe No:29
Soya--Veg Cutlet


We will need very simple and easily available ingredients.


Ingredients:

  • Boiled vegetables(Chopped French Beans & Carrot) with salt – 1 bowl
  • Boiled Potatoes - 2to3
  • Coriander Leaves (chopped) –1 small bowl
  • Roasted & crushed Peanut - 4 spoon
  • Green chilli (chopped) – 5to6
  • Lemon juice – 3 spoons
  • Garammasala Powder – 1 tspoon
  • White Oil – 250 ml or as required
  • Salt – as required

And over and above these we will require:

  • Cooked Soya granules with salt – 1 bowl
  • Bread – 2 to 3 slices
  • Rava – 1 bowl

Preparation
Step1:
Mash the boiled Potatoes. Add boiled Soya Granules and boiled vegetables. Mash and mix the bread slices to it. Mix the Roasted and crushed Peanut pieces, Garammasala powder, Chopped Chillies & Coriander leaves to it. Add salt to taste.

Step2:
Divide the mixture into equal balls. Press the balls into cutlet shape.

Step3:
Now you have to heat oil in a pan. Dip the cutlets in Rava.

Deep fry all the cutlets till the colour changes.

Now, serve the hot cutlets. Serve with chatni or tomato sauce.:D
Taste, enjoy and have fun!!!
