Hi everybody!
For the time being you’ve to wait for the Quick recipe.
Today I’m going to share an amazing recipe with you i.e. my friends, viewers and fans from BCMTouring.
Antarctica asked me many times to share this recipe with you. So I hope she will be happy now. :)

Recipe NO:32
Shahi Tukra

Shahi Tukra is a Dessert.
From the name it is easily understood that it is “Shahi” i.e. Royal dish. It is a dessert which is loved by all. Everybody loves this sweet dish. I prepare this special dish on festive days or when I want to treat my friends and family members with sweet dish. :)
So, let us first know the ingredients.
Ingredients :

  • Rabri -500gms.
  • Bread pieces - 5 to 6 pieces
  • Sugar – 150 to 200 gm for Syrup (Chasni)
  • Sugar - as required for Rabri
  • Cashew and Almond – A few pieces, soaked in water.
  • Raisins – A few.
  • Cardamom Powder - ½ teaspoon.
  • Saffron - a pinch soaked in 1teaspoon of cold milk.
  • White oil – As required.

Preparation:
Step:1
Boil 1 litre full fat milk in slow heat. Stir it continuously till it becomes 1/3 in quantity, it will take time. When the milk reaches the desired consistency, switch of the flame. Add Sugar as required to sweeten it. Keep it in a bowl and sprinkle the Cardamom Powder on it.
Step:2
Discard the brown sides of 5-6 sliced bread pieces and cut these into square or triangular shape.
Step:3
Now heat White Oil in a pan and fry the bread pieces till the colour becomes Golden. Keep these fried bread pieces on a plate.
