Fantastic updates, the HPTDC Mamleshwar is a beautiful property, bit on the expensive side as well. But a perfect place for a peaceful outing.
Didn't you visit the nearby Chindi temple which has a beautiful wooden architecture?
Thanks
Yes Hotel Mamleshwar is on expensive side but we got pretty good off season discount which was valid till 15 March. We went to Chindi Temple in the evening but it was closed.

It again rained at night. In the morning when I opened the curtains of the room, what I saw was Snow... We were so happy to see it as it was not common in March. Although it was small in amount but sufficient enough to excite us

After enjoying the moments, got ready, had breakfast of Allu pranthas and tea. It was time to leave with all happy memories. The hospitality we got there was superb. Now a family click at the place where we rejuvenated our souls

Started the return journey via different route. This route passes through small villages and less crowded.
Started at 10.30 am

Followed same road till Tattapani and from Tattapani instead of going on Shimla - Tattapani road, took a detour on the right side. The road was narrow and within few kilometers it took us in skies

It was drizzling on the way. The route consisted of high ascends and sharp descends.

At one time it looked like we are in clouds. I must mention here that the distance via this route is about 24 kms less than the Shimla route. Main village I remember on this route was Arki. As we passed half of the distance it started to rain heavily. We wanted to stop somewhere but didn't find any place. So kept on going. On the way we had to stop the car as a tree fell down on the road blocking the way. The traffic was struck from both the sides. It was decided that all the men would help in making the way. So in heavy rain all the persons jointly worked and cleared the way

Started again and the rain stopped after few minutes. The journey was smooth till Dharampur. Stopped at Hot Millions for lunch. Brought a pizza and French fries and moved on. Again it started raining heavily. There was less visibility

Near Panchkula the rain stopped and we reached home near 6pm.
This was all about our short but much needed trip.
Thanks for your likes and comments which motivated me.
Stay safe.
