Hey guys,
I am sure many of you would have LIC home loans, is there any way to escalate any home loan related issue. I find absolutely no central call centers or email ID's. The housing site lists numbers of Pune offices and personal emails of their managers. No one ever picks up the phone numbers (landline as well as cell phones) neither anyone replies to emails. This is the worst customer service that I have seen. I will describe about it later, but for now, it would be great if anyone could help me with any escalation route.
