Arunachal Pradesh in November first half

Planning for a trip to Walong or Anini in the first half of November. Will I get ILP to these areas in that period? Else Which Circuit of Arunachal Pradesh is best covered in bike(1st choice)/car(2nd Choice) during that period. Itinerary could be for 8 days keeping a day in the buffer. special mention to @sanuroxz for pulling me to East from Leh circuits. @Point Zero pour if you have any idea on this. @Gunin

November is a good time.
ILP is not at all an issue.. Apply online.
in 8 days pick only 1 circuit. If you ask me to pick a circuit sorry my friend all circuits are beautiful for me. If you have decided for Walong why not doing..

Thank you so much for the quick reply. Is Biking to walong in November okay? What places to cover in this circuit by considering two day of stays at walong or any other beautiful village (with food and accommodation) in that circuit. Reply at your leisure.

Nov is a great time for biking in Arunachal.
Make your base in Walong and one day visit to Kibithu the last village of India from there you can see Chinese villages. also visit Kaho and Meshai village.
Next day go to Dong village where the very first sunray enters India.
There are no home stays.. but yes if you can make friends you can stay with them...

Like @sanuroxz has already mentioned, it would be wise to stick to one destination with the days you have. I will try to cough out a rough plan here:

Anini circuit:

Day 1: Guwahati to Pasighat (North bank of the Brahmaputra)

Day 2: Pasighat to Mayodia/ Hunli (via Dambuk)

Day 3: Mayodia/ Hunli to Anini

Day 4: Anini (local visit to Mipi and Dambeune)

Day 5: Anini or return to Roing/ Hunli/ Mayodia

Day 6: Roing to Tezu/ Namsai

Day 7: Tezu/ Namsai to Dibrugarh/ Tinsukia (South bank of the Brahmaputra)

Day 8: Dibrugarh/ Tinsukia to Guwahati

Its a round trip!

Why there is a need of going to Pasighat ??
He can reach Roing via Tinsukia ..is not it???

P.S. The route from Pasighat to Roing is an adventurous one with multiple river crossings. So, its suggested if one is looking for something like that. And it will save the monotony of coming back by the same route.

Thank you @sanuroxz and @Gunin, I thought Pasighat route is more beautiful than this tinsukia which could be a normal highway carrying all trucks. Next I should search Dibrugarh for good bike/car rental agency. How to book for rooms in IB or Circuit house?

Pre-booking is difficult but i am sure if you are going there to Anini or walong side you can get the room there only..
Till today i have never faced any issue for accommodation ..

Mid November is good time for Western Arunachal, expect little amount of snow in different pass but it will not be blocker. I don't think there will be any issue for ILP.
