Arunachal Pradesh route help needed !!

I am planning a trip for East and Central Arunachala Pradesh
I dont want to book exclusive vehicle for me. I want to visit using public transport.
The reason is i want to be with the locals and some more reasons.

Though I am clear with almost routes right now I have a few question.

1. Is it possible to cross Brahmaputra to reach Pasighat on the same day if i am landing in Dibrugarh at 2 PM?
I mean when is the last ferry for Pasighat?

2. I came to know that without going to yingkiong from Pasighat there is a route directly to Tuting? is it true? what is the mode of transportation (Bus/Shared Sumo)?

If you wish i can share my entire itinerary...

1. i think it's impossible.

2. Pasighat to Aalo to Jengging to Tuting.

My sincere suggestion is : speak to Mr. Pakge of Hotel Toshi Palace in Aalo. He's the best person to answer your querries. Contact the hotel at landline number and ask for him - he is the owner. He will be more than willing to help you.

I came to know the last ferry is at 4.30 PM... not very sure..

Day 1 : Bangalore - Dibrugarh (Flight)
Land in Dibrugarh at 2 PM.

Day 2 : Dibrugarh - Pasighat (Ferry+Winger)
Here I want to know the timings of the ferry
Pasighat - Yingkiong (Govt Bus at 5 PM or Sumo at 7 PM)

Day 3 : Arrival at 5 AM in Yingkiong
Yingkiong - Tuting (Sumo starts at 7AM and reaches at 3 PM)

Day 4 : Tuting
Day 5 : Tuting
Suggestion needed here for other near by places dont want to do teh Trek to Singha

Day 6 : Tuting - Yingkiong

Day 7 : Yingkiong
Suggestion needed for places to visit.
Day 8 : Yingkiong - Aalo

Ya i was eyeing on Gelling.
3 days in Menchuka will be enough???
I was planning to spend 2 days in Ziro... will it be worth???

Sanu, if you have read my log you will realize we did not use any local transportation but had our own jeep. I think it is imperative to take your time and not to have a fixed itinerary. Leaving Dibrugarh so late in the day it is impossible to arrive at Pasighat, since the boat trip on the Brahmaputra takes around eight hours. Well, it depends on the tides. When we visited in spring of 2009 there were several delays because we could not locate a suitable spot to unload near Pasighat. Remember that night falls very early in Eastern India!

Three days in Mechuka are great. Two days in Ziro are perfect. (We had two days in Mechuka and two days in Ziro if my memory serves me well.)

I am flexible with time and places.
As a solo traveler my only worries are transportation.And in those remote parts one can get transportaion in the morning else either he has to wait till next day.
My concern is i dont want to get blocked somewhere.
And why i am rushing for Pashighat is I dont want to stay in Dibrugarh...

One more thing is Can you suggest me things to do in Daporijo?
