I can confirm you BSNL prepaid work , atleast at Mechuka and Along, so hopefully it should work in Ziro n all. Regarding , direct bus from Silapathar to Along , I think share taxi's are available. Even frequest share taxis available from the city (I forget the name of it , if you are going from Silapathar to Along , it will come a few KM before where the road from Daporijio meets) to Along and Silapathar. I will find out the timings for you.

As you are travelling 2nd week of October , if by any chance , it gets prepone by a week , please let me know , I might travel with you for a part of it.

Not in Gelling for sure. Even if it work in Tuting it wont be regular.

When is your plan and where you heading

Dont know to be honest. I dont even know , after Ladakh trip whether my pocket would be heavy enough to take one more trip within span of time. Before August 2nd week(When I planned Ladakh) , I was initially planning for Bangladesh( I know your subject of interest) purely for having Hilsa for 3-4 days and a bit here and there like Cox Bazar , Shelleyet area , and come back via Agartala.

Now , I am thinking of Visiting Jenging and Tuting area or Mizoram. Lets see , how it goes- specially when I will be going to hometown after 1 long year , so whether , I at all will have the luxary for a solo(You know what I mean here) trip.

Basar is around 85 KMs from Likabali checkpost(Around 4 hours/3 hours in local transport), and Basar is around 100KM from Silapathar.

I am not at all confused. If it is with wify - it will surely be Jenging and Tuting. The reason for Jenging is when I had planned for Mechuka , I had planned for Jenging as well. But Mechuka was so impressive that we postponed Jenging for that time. Mr Tatak , the govt official of the region, he invited me in his home. Its been almost more than 6 months , I have spoken with him, but I want to meet the great soul, and do Tuting/Gelling as well. My next big Arunachal plan would surely be eastern part.

If solo or with friends , then Mizoram or Bangladesh(I dont have time to do both together

Yes if you combine BD and Mizoram you need atleast 2 weeks. And it should be done solo or with friends.. as it need lot and lots of land travelling which is indeed very very slow and sometimes boring...

Very frequently means one in every one or two hours. in early morning there is lot more, atleast what I have seen.

Frequency in those area means 2-3 times day..
Not frequent is once in a day or once in 2 days.. Learnt something after visiting few times there
Done then...
One more thing I want to stay in IB atleast in Dapo and Tuting.. shall i start calling the concerned person from now??

Tapas , for booking Silapathar to Along Shared Taxi, you can contact this number 09954957386, he is the person responsible for issuing tickets and decide the departure of Shared Sumo. There office is inside Nepal Hotel at Silapathar. Normally the timing is 6-8:30 in the morning.

That means i cant reach Along on the same day of leaving Dibrugarh.. Suppose i will be starting early from Dibrugarh i might reach Silapathar around 12.. as the sumos leave around 6-8.30 there is no chance i can head to Along??
I have to spend a day in Silapathar??
If so I will move to Pasighat from Dibrugarh and will catch the night bus to Yingkiong...
What you will suggest?

Is there any route from Silapathar to Yingkiong?
