Bank & Account recommendations?

I am almost considering:

had powervantage hsbc earlier, but having changed employer, now want to get a acct which has:
a. Unlimited ATM txns from ANY atm.
b. Payable at par cheques
c. Efficient, hasslefree internet/phone banking.

Your suggestions?

Do you have atms for deutche bank at every corner like hdfc does??
Frankly I cant spot many atms/branches of the many fancy foreign bank in mumbai let alone small cities.They are here for corporate clients and retail clients(individual sustomers) are their least priority.
I have a salary account with hdfc for past two years.I dont do much of net banking nor have I ever withdrawn extravagantly from atms but I think it should be decently good enuf for any salaried class customers.

i dont care of a bank's network as long as it allows ANY ATM withdrawal.
i'm very excited about:

Normally such accounts need salary accounts, or 1 lakh types lockup. the above accounts don't

similar suvidha, since i need a personal, NOT a salary account

No doubt both are good banks.Internet banking would be a question mark for new bank like YES bank.

AXIS Bank (UTI Bank) has all the three facility... am using it since last 18 months...

Like i said it allows transactions in other ATMs.. but some money is cut if the STM is not an Axis bank one..

If you come across a bank ATM card which really works anywhere without deducting 50 bucks per transaction plz let us all know
Then it would be time to change my bank too.

PS:kotharbhai does axis card work in any atm for free???
