Bathu ki Ladi A temple which is submerged in water for 8 months in a year.
On way back from Dharamkot to Delhi had planned to stop here, but no one could tell me where is the high point on the hill.
So i guess next trip.
This place is hard to find because it is accessible only for four months ie from April to June.
We went there from Jalandhar and we also followed a non conventional route. The easy route from jalandhar is go to Dasuya, Hajipur,Talwara and cross pong dam bridge ( you can cross this bridge day time only. In summer 5 AM to 10 PM and in Winter its 7 A.M. to 7 A.M. ) and take up Talwara Pathankot nurpur road and go to Fatehpur. We took shortcut from Fatehpur which I will show in pics.
We followed this route.
The shortcut after Fatehpur
Do not worry about water crossing if you are going in May month. Its easy to cross, about other months my suggestion is do try you can always come back if water level is high.
The Pong Dam on the way from Talwara to Bathu ki Ladi. Best time to visit this place is from October to March.
