Since you'll be flying in I suggest the following for better acclimatization...

Day 1 - Reach Leh. Rest full day.
Day 2 - Leh - Lamayuru
Day 3 - Lamayuru - Magnetic Hill - Rafting - Leh
Day 4 - Leh - Hunder
Day 5 - Hunder - Pangong Tso (Wari La is a pass and it will be almost impossible to stay there for a night)
Day 6 - Pangong - Leh
Day 7 - Leh - Tso Moriri
Day 8 - Tso Moriri - Leh
Day 9 - Local / Buffer
Day 10 - Return flight.

Like Prasham said, spending a night at Wari La isn't really possible. If you want to visit Uley, then do it in the beginning, since it is lower in altitude and a good place to get acclimatized in. You can also visit Dah Village from there, come back spend the night and next day do rafting, before heading back to Leh.
