I believe there would not be any financial cap since they can be twisted easily. The agreement of land sale reflect only quarter of the price its actually sold at.

I believe there would not be any financial cap since they can be twisted easily. The agreement of land sale reflect only quarter of the price its actually sold at.

there are no financial cap as such. I was planning to buy some land on a hill somewhere between Rishikesh and Dehradun, but the land was SC/ST land hence the deal did not happen.

Yes, for outsiders there is this cap of 250-280 square yards or else the land has to bought as "Agriculture/Industrial" land...

You can take plot near Ram Nagar area nearby Jim Corbett and Nainital.
Many sellers are in Delhi NCR.
