Best place to witness Snowfall in last week of January

Hello,

I have been exploring some places to withness snowfall in the last week of this month. Leh was first option but itis too cold and harsh. I would prefer a warm bed to sleep in the night. So, a bit of affordable luxury would be highly preferred.

How about
1. Gulmarg / Srinagar ?
2. Mcleodgang ?
3. Dalhousie ?
4. Any other place ?

If you're looking for affordable luxury, then Himachal would be your bet with Narkanda and Manali taking crown. Khajjiar too ought to be a good option. However, everything depends on the weather.

Yogesh... how about Landour in Uttarakhand. And please suggest good stay options ~ 3000K in Himachal and Uttarakhand.

It might happen there, once again, everything depends on the weather. Places like Manali and Auli have better chance of snowfall. HPTDC, GMVN and KMVN hotels in their respective areas are usually good and located at picturesque locations.

Even I am planning a trip for snow around 26th Jan.. Please keep this thread updated with information.. Would be keeping a watch on weather forecast
