Yes I was looking at this. But can you suggest any pure android phone/Android One under 17K. I'm fed up with their UIs.

Nokia has stock android.
but around 19k online.
Try offline, bargaining may become less.
Mi A3 can also be in budget with stock android at 15K.
If you can wait for festival season then it may be better with some savings possible.

I've gone ahead to purchase Samsung M31. Looked for Poco M2 Pro instead of Redmis. That is nothing but kind of Toyota's baleno. This phone is for my spouse who like me is against Mi UIs. All we needed was life of a tortoise and better UI (read non Mi-UI). So went ahead to order Samsung M31. Even considered Realme 6. That's another good phone just that he can behave like Indian summer even in winters.

M31 has all you need.
Battery with better specs. in this budget.
UI is better and user friendly than any Redmi for sure.
Poco has worst Launcher as some users say.
You went for latest product is good.
Don't judge camera with pixels numbers but with clear, colourful and clean images.
Samsung has much better cameras also.
