Juley. Answer to 3 and 4 of the Ist post are that Rs 3 to 4 Lacs per Biswa far from NH and Bazar but linked by road for house construction. About 10 to 20 Lakhs per Biswa in the Bazar on NH. in Kullu H.P. The answer to 4 is that Non Himachali has to obtain permission from Govt. of HP as have done by our Ex. PM Bhajpai ji ,Ramanand Sagar the film Director etc.

Is there any govt website where we can see the availability of the land in himachal for a particular location?
