Car Seat for toddlers

Hello everyone. I need some points for a car seat for toddlers.

1) Car seats should be used only after the baby is at least 6 months old ,right? My little girl is 2 months old.

2) The safest place is to install the seat in the rear seats. I have read it before and people here have commented that too. I want to know if I install the baby seat in the rear, will two persons (including the child with the car seat) will be accomodated comfortably in the back seat? I am asking because I want my parents to also travel with me.

There are 2 type of car seats, one is for new born which is rear facing and one is called booster seat. Try searching the rear facing one.

And yes you can hook the seat properly, check manual and 2 people can sit easily with the baby seat.

Yes, there are different car seats. These could be rear-facing infant car seats and convertible car seats that can be used rear- and forward-facing. Usually, if it's not too big, two other passengers can sit near.

For a very small child, this will be a Cot I think, the one you can carry in hand too.

For 1 Year+ a proper car seat can be used. However, reasearch in US show that a 3 point seat belt (Without a car seat) is equally effective for safety as long as kid does not move the belt.

KID MUST be on read seat, not front.
