CI bullet 1983 jerking

my 1983 CI bullet jerking in 4th gear 30 to 40 speed (crank 10kg ,clutch 4plate ) engine work all done recently

Speed seems low for forth gear , if it is ok in all the lower gears and ok in 4th above 40kph then clearly the rpm at which it is doing 30 to 40 is too low. Avoid riding low speed on 4th lugging would do harm to engine.

but other bullet with 10kg crank can ride smooth in 30 to 40 speed ....

I had heavy crank 4 gear electra and it use to lugg in the mentioned speeds in 4th gear. I never rode it below 40 in 4th.

but my bullet used to ride smoothly... and the jerking start like little and getting more and more now its like hell and i done engine rework but the jerking is there...

every thing checked bro ... engine wrk all done recently

If everything checked and working fine,you might have to retard the ignition timing a little bit to improve the slow running -a good Bullet ustad will know

Then SOMETHING in the ignition system is OFF-stepwise eliminate sparkplug,ignition coil,points,condensor,spark plug lead -do also check the backlash in the ignition/timing gear train
