Hi,

Please let me know if anyone has ever stayed in the Circuit House or the PWD rest house in Nahan. I'll be going to Nahan & Renuka ji next week, and wanted to be sure of the availability and accomodation quality. Can I just walk up there and book a room or is there some other method. Do they actually charge only the amount as mentioned in the list or are there some hidden charges. Please guide.

I stayed in PWD RH Barot during my bike trip last weekend, caretaker surprised me with new rate list as per the new one pvt individual will be charged Rs. 480/-(quilt/heater/geyser charges included) per night.
Rate list for PWD Rest Houses in Himachal Pradesh has been revised and the authorities has doubled the rates for non-official/pvt visits. The relatives/family members of politicians will get the same in chavannis!!!!.
