Cream chicken
Another quickie one.
Ingredients
1. 4 drumsticks of chicken, chicken tangdi as i call.
2. 1 cup fresh Cream (Amul Tetra pack available in the market)
3. Crushed Pudina powder(take some mint leaves, allow it to dry for few days, then crush it into fine powder).
4. 2 tsp lime/lemon juice..nimbu ka ras as i call.
5. Salt to taste.
Method
a. Take water in a pot and Boil the chicken tangdi slightly, (half cook as I say).
b. now in a wok, put cream and heat it for 1 min.
c. Now add par-boiled tangdi's and on slow heat, let it cook till tender.
d. When done, take those out, Sprinkle salt, pudina powder, nimbu ka ras and serve HOT.
