Delhi- Goa- Delhi on motorcycle

Hello
I am planning for doing Delhi-Goa-Delhi solo ride on a motorcycle. I have planned to leave on 1st December and be back in Delhi by 14th December. Please suggest an itinerary and a route safe for motorcycles. I am keen on going via routes which are more scenic than usual highways.

I suggest Delhi - Chittorgarh - Indore - Nagpur bypass - Mumbai and then take Sagari Mahamarg after that. Mumbai - Dapoli - Guhagar - Ratnagiri - Malvan - Goa.

Another suggestion:

Fastest/recommended route: Via Jaipur Bypass-Kishangarh-Beawar-Udaipur(halt)-Shamlaji-Modassa-Godhra Bypass-Vadodara-Surat-Vasai, on the highway(Halt)-Khaman Naka-Thane-Pune expressway-Satara-Kolhapur-Amboli-North Goa...

Another suggestion :

Q: Has the Konkan road not been reopened as yet? The Panvel, Pali, Roha, Mahad, Chiplun, Sawantwadi, Goa stretch.
A: 4-laning in progress. Most of it done. Not aware of the latest condition.
A: Not in great condition but drivable.

Delhi - Jaipur - Chittorgarh - Mandsaur - Ratlam - Dhule - Nasik - Pune.

Roads are good except some long patches after Ratlam until Dhule, FasTag does not work in MP (on this route at least).

Pune to Panchgani/Mahabaleshwar then move to MSH4 do reach Goa via coastal highway.

I did this in Sept'19 till Kanyakumari/Rameswaram then back to Delhi via Central India.

Delhi-Vadodra-Mumbai(Thane)-Lonavala-Pune-Kolhapur-Nippani-Amboli-Sawantwadi-Goa.
(Mumbai-Pune express way is not allowed for two wheelers)
If your destination is south Goa then
Nippani-Belgaum-Chorla-Panjim/Madgaon.
