No parking space on metro stations and 100 rupees for 7 to 8 hours .. 
I am good in Bangalore only, Gurgaon assets are unreasonably expensive....even though more number of NRI(s) stay in Bangalore..

True Sir, but this holds good for Gurgaon only. The area where Rapid metro operates is owned by DLF. So no land provided for parking due to extremely high land cost.No parking space on metro stations and 100 rupees for 7 to 8 hours ..
I am good in Bangalore only, Gurgaon assets are unreasonably expensive....even though more number of NRI(s) stay in Bangalore..
BTW, DMRC parking slots are with nominal rates (Rs. 10 and so on). Rapid metro is a private metro and DMRC has no role in this.

Yes, its a PPP business model being followed for Rapid metro, even govt seems to have less role in operations...

Airport Express Metro Line
Operation Timing - 05.00 hrs to 23.00 hrs.
First Train From Dwarka Sector 21 towards New Delhi: 05:15 hrs
First Train From New Delhi towards Dwarka Sector 21: 05:30 hrs
Last Train From Dwarka Sector 21 towards New Delhi: 23:15 hrs
Last Train From New Delhi towards Dwarka Sector 21: 23:00 hrs

Timings are almost same through out the year.
But On Diwali/Holi
or
On Special Occassions or days or emergency,
timings may be change according to the need.
Mostly on last runs Metro trains may start with 5 min delay but cover up the time at next important stations.
So just ask at the ticket counter for train time to take right decision.
Some stations on special occassions can be shut down, but You can get down at next open station.

Rajiv Chowk, Barakhamba Road & Patel Chowk Metro Stations
To Be Closed From 7:30 pm On 31st December
In view of the security restrictions in the area, entry into and exit from the Rajiv Chowk, Barakhamba Road and Patel Chowk Metro stations will be closed from 7:30 PM on New Year’s Eve, i.e., 31st December 2013.
Sale of tickets at the above three Metro stations will stop at 7:15 PM and shutters of all entry gates will be closed at 7:30 PM. However, interchange facility between Line-2 (HUDA City Centre – Jahangirpuri) and Line-3/4 (Dwarka Sec-21 – NOIDA City Centre/Vaishali) will remain operational at Rajiv Chowk Metro station till the end of revenue services, i.e, 11 PM.
Services at all other Metro corridors and stations will continue normally.
