The Volkswagen group just became bigger. I guess this is their first foray into 2 wheelers and I wish they bring Ducati some much needed cash for their MotoGP project.

Industry views this as VW Group's desire to have another good brand in their coterie rather than have economic/financial or industrial rationale.
More importantly this gives Audi the weapon to counter BMW group in the bikes segment.
