Hi guys, I have been searching for recipes that can be made with as little groceries as possible. I currently have to go out twice a week to buy groceries because I don't want them to get spoilt and then thrown. Any recipe provided would be appreciated.

If you have onions and vinegar then you can dip onion in vinegar for sometime and then roll these pickled onions in a Wheat Atta Roti.

That's it.

It will make nice tasty Roll.

Buy egg curry masala, eggs, onions and tomatoes. Throw tomatoes and onions in a grinder and make paste. Cut one tomato and one fourth onion and fry with egg curry masala. Add the paste from grinder, add water and salt. Add a few boiled eggs. You got egg curry that you can eat with boiled rice.

Have you ever tried Madras Curried Eggs? Boil eggs and cut them in halfs. Melt butter, add onion, cook and stir until tender (about 4-5 minutes). Add curry powder, tomato paste and garlic; cook 30 seconds. Stir in water and, if desired, tomatoes. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until sauce slightly thickens, 8-10 minutes. Stir in lemon juice. Gently stir in eggs; cook until heated through. Serve eggs and sauce with rice and desired toppings.
