Just wanted to know how much a 2 bedroom property on ground floor cost ? In a good location (Calangute/Baga) in Goa.

Also, can a resident of some other state legally buy real estate in Goa ?

its depend on the size, facility included in Apartment and location as whether close to beach or market or in remote area.
Prices are not stable here and its according to the build quality too.
Any one (Indian citizen) can buy flat here subject to fulfilling all the documents required.
(Normally in Goa Portuguese Law is applicable which is little different from Indian Law)

Can you give any rough idea on the price ?
If its something close to the market. Size about 1000-1200 Sq Ft.

Surely, it can be near to Panjim but not in Panjim city.
