Which Fish is used in these Kebabs.
I am sure you minced fish and made your kebabs from raw material and these are not Readymade heat and serve kind.

How large is your deep freezer? I suspect you have a horizontal deep freeze....

I have two refrigerators - 220L and 400L. Their freezers are quite large, but no where near the size of a dedicated chest freezer.

Most of the time we make kebabs a coiple of days before a party. Batches are usually 100 to 150 pieces, and consume 60 for small parties and 90 for large ones - 4 to 6 pieces per head. The rest are frozen. The boxes shown are 1/2L containers and hold 16 pieces each. Deeper 1L have a capacity of 30.

Fold one side, press the seam close

Fold second side. Seal the joints and roll to 16" long

Bake in a hot oven

Done

Slather with a lot of butter and enjoy
