Hello people,

I am planning to go for a bike trip in my bike next year. Issue is that it is registered in my wife's name and i will be riding solo. Is it allowed by the taxi unions?
is it ok if i have all the required documents and carry a noc letter?

Has anyone gone on another vehicle belonging to your family, friends?

No problem. Just keep documents and photograph that prove it is your Wife only, Not GF.
LOL !

Close Relations are allowed.
Father / Son / Brother also allowed.
To be safer side, You can carry a NOC Letter with whomever it may concern heading on it.

Yes many have gone on own company vehicle also.
Family vehicles are also used by BCMTians.

NOC wont help and is not considered a document to prove ownership of vehicle.

He has to carry proof that the person in whose name the bike is registered is a directed blood relative,
Not cousin, or In-Laws etc etc, only father, mother, brother, sister, wife, husband.

One way to prove is to carry your passport, and your sisters passport,
as in both the father would be the same.
Passport is one rock solid evidence of proof.
the other two documents are licence and PAN Card where fathers name is mentioned.

Happy Landings

Other State Taxis are allowed this time as there is shortage of Taxi is Ladakh these days !
as reported by a BMCTian
LOL !
Its because of the sudden influx of tourists after a lull of almost 2 years. If business is good this year and next year then outside rentals may be allowed next year also.
