Okay, a wild guess either it is some pic taken from kye monastery or towards Kaza town when we head towards higher villages like Komic and kibbar.

Yes.
As you drive from Kaza to Rangrik and cross the bridge over the Spiti, you encounter this straight road.
This image was shot from the road going upto Hikkim and Komic

This Picture must be taken from Kye Monastery?
Zeroing down the options after identifying where all we get the bird's eye view in Spiti. I may be wrong in identifying the place and the second choice is pic taken from Dhankar monastery.
