Handicraft shops in Delhi

A foreigner friend of mine likes collecting handicraft items. He is looking of wooden intricate handicraft items like candle stands, masks etc. Any suggestions where one can find these in Delhi? Budget would not be a deterrent.
PS: Is Dilli Haat a good option ?

Yes Dilli Haat at INA is good option.
Janpath Market is also famous for Hsndicrafts but be careful about bargain.

Central cottage emporium in CP near Janpath metro station is the best if you are not restricted to dirt cheap prices.
