DAY 5 : 10th may- har ki doon to marinda lake to har ki doon 6kms trek (part 1)


last night was cold. and whenever there was a slight movement inside the sleeping bag the ice under the tent made a funny noise. apart from that the night went off well. we were tired and slept very nicely.
as usual as it happens in the hills, woke up early at around 5.15 am. but it was so cold, it took an eternity to get my self prepared to get out of the sleeping bag. anyway when i did so, and opened the chain of the tent this is what i saw...

in the mean time my wife was up, though my friends in the other tent were still asleep.

by 6.45 am i had brushed and answered the nature's call in the toilet tent. but still no one was awake. my wife went inside the sleeping bag again. i was keen on exploring the place in the morning light, so i went alone with my camera.

by now it was 7.30am and i was really hungry. i saw some activity around the tent area and decided to go down and back.

by 7.48am i was back at the tent and realised everyone was still inside. i literally pushed everyone and urged them to come out.
