Hilly Trip

Planning for a trip in mountains in the second/third week of September.

Any suggestions which is more advisable to choose from the below list? I am not self driving. I will be hiring cab for travel

A) Himachal (Spiti Valley via Sangla-Chitkul)
B) Uttarakhand (Munsiyari)
C) North East (Tawang)
