I have stayed in Virat khai, but that about 4 years ago. I guess then they were new and knew the importance of customer satisfaction. We went in a group as well.

Guess things have changed. Sorry to hear about your ordeal.

BTW one of their managers just joined BCMT. You might want to confront him online.
