Hi,
A very new member to this group. By searching the same, fall somewhere I guess at right place. \\:D/ Newly shifted to Delhi , familiar to the places here but haven't explored much.

Financially sick but with zeal to do something of by own or with the support of friends ideas over here as my family only belive in 9 to 5 job laced with full security. Lots of things comes in my mind but all fails when it met with ground realities ](*,). After lot of thinking , thought something which should have less of risks involved. Food business on cart or suggest anything please. I am open if someone willing to do same or give any references from where I can hire good cook ( tried local here already ) ?

Please suggest.

You can give ads in hindi daily newspapers for good cook of particular food item.
Where in Delhi you are looking for cooks ?
They are everywhere in Delhi.
Try any shop already having cook or ask other in same profession, may be someone can help in this.

Dear Satinder

Thanks, but no money as of now to spend on newspaper add. I think, labours do not read newspaper to get them hired.

I am looking for someone who can cook and sell roadside on per day or monthly wages. Nearby places there are few vendors who have got such labours at Rs. 300 only per day but I am clueless how and where to find them.

How to approach ?
This is called business.
Just ask those skilled labours about your need.
You may get few.
Later also you have to find them this way only.
Those skilled labour will leave in festival season.
You have to find them anytime without any notice.

Why don't you look for a Mobile Food Kiosk? It is better than road side food stall, there are lot of options available for this. The best thing is that you can build your brand, also you can serve food which looks good, safe to eat more over hygienic..
Yes there are some formalities which would be associate with that but that could be same as any other business.

Such food kiosk or vans are available on hire also.
Start right away with some share / monthly expenses to owner.
You can get all the necessary tools / equipments with such kiosk /van.
I know such persons and businesses exist in Delhi.
Ask in you area.
Or start in a maruti van / santro etc as seen at many places in Delhi.
People are selling many things on old cars at road sides /service roads of main roads.

Yes very true.. Satinder Ji ,in this way you need not to spend much and you can save your capital exp. which can be further use as contingency fund. Also you can explore all possible areas to do business unlike fixed food stall or restaurants.
