Rules of filling have changed this year.
Right now portal is unavailable for 7 days. Wait for portal to open and this time you can file from your mobile more easily too.

Normally self employed file ITR 4 . You just have to keep record of your savings, interest earned, your annual income and rebates for which you are eligible.

You can file easily with all this annual data in hand.
