Speaking of those stone carvings, in his second episode there is a drawing too. The drawing is funny so the King must have been interesting. The king was telling that if you do not listen to the guidelines then this will be your punishment (shown in picture).

This local tourism promotion man is only doing interpretations as per picture suggestion according to his intellect without bothering to read text written on edict. Picture is quite suggestive and confusing same time. Whether it is Donkey or Horse it is not clear. It could be 'Ashvmegh Yag ka Ghora' and other person the main Queen.

This is what Wiki says on last ritual of Aahvamedha, immediately after Horse is sacrificed with suffocating death.

'The chief queen ritually called on the king's fellow wives for pity. The queens walked around the dead horse reciting mantras and obscene dialogue with the priests.[18] The chief queen then had to spend the night beside the dead horse in a position mimicking sexual intercourse and was covered with a blanket.['

In that case, these may not even be king's inscriptions but some broken temples of past civilization.
Yes if you look at whole edict upper part resembles a Mandap or Temple Top. Maybe if some thing is written on picture of temple it could be some Mantra or Shaloka.

One thing is quite confusing that tourism and archeological departments of government are not interested in these excavations. Government should dig up whole area and maybe some ancient citadel is excavated. But for all these archeological research and excavation process these history lovers cum tourism enthusiast will have to give up their home stays for digging by archeological department.

That is why locals are lying about these finds. They do not want their lives uprooted for some archeological find.

The earlier news said wife installed GPS device to track her husband and called him; and he said that he was in Bangalore when the device showed he was in Pune.

Yes that is also true but police here has their own ways to nail some on some strange section.
Infact Husband's girlfriend should be held prime accused for using Adhaar Card of some other lady.

I think the wife is trouble maker. It is she who probably launched the complaint. The hotel staff did not know that the girlfriend was not the wife. They accepted the card. The wife was vindictive and setup a plot with GPS and she may have even made sure that the husband carries her Aadhar card so that she can legally trap him.

I think this adhaar thing is not going to stand in cout for heavy punishment except some fine. Man can say He was carrying adhaar card of wife and unknowingly gave it to reception desk by mistake. Infact Reception desk should have told him that wrong adhaar has been given and girlfriend's right adhaar should have been demanded on desk then and there only by Manager. Lady must be having her own adhaar.
I suspect girlfriend too is trying to hide her identity as she could be a married woman herself.
I do not think checking in hotel by to consenting adults is any offence in India, hotel should have denied entry if adhaar was wrong.
