1) Lucknow to Agra is a smooth nice expressway now. Please check if 2-wheelers are allowed on it or not. If yes, you should start jumping up and down! :D
2) Agra to Jaipur is also a simple route. Jaipur has got many attractions which will require atleast 1-1.5 days to visit the famous monuments and places.
3) Jaipur to Ajmer is a fantastic highway. After visiting Dargah Shareef, make sure you goes toward Pushkar. It's a nice short drive/ride and place is beautiful.
4) Ajmer to Kumbhalgarh Fort via Byawar & Deoghar.
4a) Proceed towards Udaipur, via Nathdwara & Eklingji.
or
4a) Proceed towards Udaipur, via Pindwara and Mount Abu. Mount Abu will require a day to explore all famous attractions.

5) From Udaipur, come back via the magnificent highway running through Chittorgarh-Bhilwara-Kishangarh (no need to go Ajmer & turn right towards Jaipur) - Jaipur-Agra-Lucknow. It bypasses all the major cities/towns on way.
6) Break this long return journey at Jaipur.

Thanks Sachin for the insights. Found that the Lucknow Agra expressway, for time, has no boundation on plying of two wheelers. But people have suggested that the route is a bit unsafe with no proper breakpoints to be found as of now.
Have chosen the usual NH via Kanpur, and Shikohabad.
From Agra, will be following the same route as you suggested. As that seemed to be one that covers most of the points.
Many thanks for the same bro.

:D
All geared up to leave on 30th. 2 days to go

Agreed no break points on the expressway and fuel is an issue as you have to climb down at any of the exits and find a fuel pump. However, the expressway is pretty safe and will save you a lot of time. I was able to do 300km in almost 3 hours with 2 heavy spells of rain.
