Vadodara, just behind the Polo ground, there is this small restaurant "Jay Mahakali Sev Usal". There are many smaller stalls, even with the same name, around this area making this dish "sev usal". Its in line of "Misal" dish.
Usal (the yummy spicy gravy with peas) is served with Sev (along with spring onions), and accompanied with Pav - condiments include very spicy green chilly chutney, or red chilly+garlic chutney. With so spicy dish, best goes buttermilk (masala chaas) or Mazaa/Slice sweet drink.
