Jeep Compass Diesel 2WD Recalled

11,002 Jeep Compass Diesel 2WD are being recalled to update powertrain control module (PCM) software in order to fix a variation, which might result in non-compliance with emission norms.


The affected Compass were manufactured at Ranjangaon plant between December 18, 2017, and November 30, 2018.

The Jeep India will start recalling the affected models from the first week of March and their authorized dealers contact customers to fix an appointment for the same. Dealers will update the vehicles they have in stock as well.

This issue is limited to the diesel 2WD variant of Compass, 4WD diesel and petrol variant remain unaffected.
