- Achieving monthly quota of qualified opportunities.

Required Skills/Experience:

- Salesforce Platform: Marketing, Sales and Service Cloud and other tools and applications in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Development: Apex, Visualforce, Java, Javascript, frameworks such as jQuery, Twitter Bootstrap, ExtJS, Salesforce platform tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, Salesforce APIs

Responsibilities:
The TLC will work in the various phases of the engagement lifecycle:
- Approximate mix of responsibilities:
- Scoping, functional analysis & project management - 40%
- Salesforce solutions design & Configuration - 40%
- Salesforce customization & Development - 20%
- Engage with prospects as well as existing customer to understand the business needs and objectives of the engagement.
- Plan and conduct business process workshops to map current and to-be business processes.
- Map the process requirements to Salesforce platform with an intent to maximize usage of out of the box capabilities and minimize custom development.
- Design solution in collaboration with architect and technical leads considering various tradeoffs and usability.
- Develop proof of concepts and demos based on customer requirements independently as well as in collaboration with architect, technical leads and development teams.
- Conduct demos and training sessions.
- Serve as an active contributor to the practice knowledge and resource base; mentor, educate, and enrich technical and non-technical salesforce.com and partner colleagues.
- Operate in Agile and Hybrid models of development.
- Develop effective documentation.
- Build relationships with business partners - internal and external, and contribute to broader goals and growth beyond the scope of a single or your current project.
- Work collaboratively and have very strong communication skills, especially in teaching complex concepts and creative, prescriptive thinking.
Experience/Skills Required:
- Engineering degree required. MBA (marketing / sales) preferred.
- 7-10 years of relevant work experience.
- Business analysis and consulting experience on one or more Salesforce CRM implementations.
- Pre-sales participation in support of strategic sales cycles from a business process perspective.
- Experience with Agile & Hybrid implementation methodologies. Working experience in agile environment is strongly desired.
- Excellent communication, negotiation/persuasion and facilitation skills.
- Team player with strong listening and interpersonal skills; strong desire to take on constructive feedback/coaching and make definitive changes; self-awareness and the ability to adapt communication and interaction styles to best suit an audience, situation, or desired outcome.
- Ability to motivate people, instill accountability and achieve results.
- Experience with onsite - offshore development model.
- Demonstrated desire and action in continuous self learning.
- Detail and quality oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
