Take the Innova, it would be more comfortable, reliable and with less chance of damage due to low ground clearance.

Instead of Rampur, head to Sarahan and stay there. It will take longer, but Sarahan is a lot more beautiful and serene place to stay.

At Chitkul you can visit Kamru Fort (short trek), Badrinath Temple, Mohatmin Temple and walk towards the ITBP check post.

At Kalpa you can visit the Lochawa La-Khang Fort and Narayan-Nagaini Temple along with Suicide Point and Roghi Village.

My suggestion would be to skip Nako and stay at Kalpa instead.

I wouldn't suggest taking a detour to Agra, unless you're just treating it as a detour and have no intention to do sightseeing.

thank you @Yogesh Sarkar ji.

Will I be able to cover from Chail to Sarahan? its almost 180km.

Planning to Visit Agra this October, so won't take that route now (forgot to update in excel).

Nako should be skipped, as nako just offers a different topography.
Kafnu village basecamp for pin valley trek is an awesome place too.
Kalpa, chitkul are the maximum beautiful places.
At chitkul wanderer's nest is a good option.
Be very cautious about the weather as its too unpredictable.
From rampur/sarahan when you start if weather is good then only venture into sangla Valley and if not try to stick towards kalpa.
As BRO maintains the latter till kaurik and more forces are deployed towards this road.
Sangla Valley is not under GREF.
Go and meet SDM in reckong peo and ask his permission for
1.shipki la
2.tashigang gompas

Either one of them will suffice for you.

Chail to sarahan
Actually sir many people use this route who have no intent of going to shimla and encounter its traffic, despite their being a bypass.
From kandaghat to chail via sadhupul 1 hr and from chail to point where you meet shimla - kaza road is 1 hr.
Roads are good till rampur and you can reach sarahan by afternoon if you start early.
Chail go for tibba, cottages in chail palace(they got the best bar in terms of being transported to British era, just look at the seats), RIMS ground and for eating just try out janedghat 2 kms ahead chail and the lady makes awesome local himachali cuisines.
thank you @Yogesh Sarkar ji.

is it advisable to take 2 years old kid to kalpa in month of november?
Other than the cold weather, nothing to be bothered. Make the kiddo wear proper winter dress, that's it. It's a beautiful place, opt for the hotels which have lawn/gardens to enjoy the surroundings. Cheers...

+1 to what Satish said. Apart from that, it really comes down to how you have raised your kid and whether or not he/she is comfortable traveling for a long duration in car, especially in hills.

she has no problem with Long drives and winter season, but Chitkul and kalpa got chilled climate. I'm little worried about this. as the temp may drop close to 0. she has not experienced this so far.
we will have thermal wear & winter jackets for her.
any other precaution should be taken?

we have done goa trip last year in Oct by Innova, Kid was enjoying
coming October we are going to allahabad from udaipur which is around 1000kms.

Day time temp will not be too low in Kalpa but yes, Chitkul will be cold due to high speed winds being into valley. But proper clothing will help and don't expose the kid to face the winds if any.

I hope you carry induction cooker and utensils with you for preparing food/heating milk for the kid. If not, please do carry as restaurant and dhabas have limited options. We took our 20 months son to Jalori, Tirthan, Manali and Chindi in late October without any issues.

Take regular breaks in hills and let the kid roam around in breaks to adapt to temperature and altitude changes.

Cheers...
