[*]The bike seriously heats up, even at 35 degress of ambient temparature. KTM has to fix it else you cant ride this thing in India without painting the road green with coolant And this could be the main reason they have held up the deliveries and reviews. The media and corporations have been in bed together for decades now, dont expect any mag or mainstream website to break this nexus

Hehhe you hit the Last nail in coffin . I was hung ho about this whole launch and after a small call with One Mr Akshay Saini , Better sense prevailed. decided to wait for 6 months. Looks Like Bajaj is also out to do Beta Testing & looking to find New guinea pigs ...

You either buy the 390 now and get it cheap at ~2 lacs or wait 6 months to buy it post price revision for 2.30 lacs. Remember, the 1.8 lacs ex-showroom is an introductory price, the Duke 200 now costs a cool 1.53 lacs on-road in Delhi.

Well , that extra 30 K will be less for me as i will buy in native place where road tax is just 3 % . IMO paying 25 K extra after waiting for 6 months is worth it, considering it will save me headache & i will get a niggle free vehicle .

^ Niggle free? Nopes. I dont think any above 200 cc performance bike today is niggle free in India.

Really liked those chaps, they fixed my bike on a priority basis in 2004.

No Idea about this, But when i called the Bajaj Mandi showrrom for duke200 information, they told me to call KTM showroom, Might be it is not the same one.
