Hi can I download and use the GPS maps / kml format in my garmin etrex vista GPS receiver? Please advice

Go to cloudmade, and download OSM map of India. Ladakh coverage is excellent in OSM (I myself mapped many stretches)

I am not into smart phone ,how can my camera be used for direction in Ladakh without SIM card??

Does your camera have inbuilt GPS?
If so download OSM-AND app, connect to wifi, download India map. And you are done
You can also use apps like Oruxmaps to download India map!
But Oruxmaps does not give turn by turn

I will explore the specification of my camera and try to download the aaps if possible.
BTW Specification sheet of Galaxy camera has this feature--

In that case connect to wifi download apps like oruxmaps, osmand and try seeing your position in Delhi itself

Yogeshbhai I have Note 2. Kml file load on phone but not working. Can you try to upload another format.
