Manali to Udaipur is going to be a long run and same goes for Kishtwar to Sonamarg.

Turtuk to Pangong is going to eat up your entire day.

How much fuel are you planning to carry from Diskit?

Instead of doing Spiti last, my suggestion would be to do it while going to Leh i.e. Gurgaon – Spiti – Kishtwar – Zanskar – Leh – Manali – Gurgaon. Monsoon season would begin in July and then the roads in Spiti as well as Pangi and Kashmir can close down temporarily due to landslides.

Yes Manali to Udaipur will be long but its saving us a day. Are there any accomodations options in udaipur ?
From Diskit, we were planning for 10 litres. Also i heard that we get petrol in black as well in villages en route. How reliable will it be ?

The idea of doing kishtwar earlier was just for security purposes as we want to cross kashmir before 8th july(Burhan wani anniversary). Do you think it will be safe after? Also the kishtwar to sonamarg was kept long as we want to avoid staying in srinagar.

Let me know your thoughts
