Hi Yogesh,
We are planning a trip to Leh in early june or sept as we want to avoid the monsoons. The main criteria for our tour will be to see lots of snow and also do rafting from Nimoo to Khalsi. We are not able to confirm if these two months are ideal for rafting and watching snow.
Our plan details.
Sun : Reach Leh, get acclaimatized nd take permits.
Mon : Rafting, Nimoo to Khalsi
Tue : Leh-Nubra
Wed : Nubra-Leh
Thu : Leh-Pangong Tso
Fri : Pangong-Leh
Anything we can add in this?

Me and my 5 frnds are planning to go from Delhi to Leh in July, as it will be our first bike trip have some questions and there is no one around to answer them, if you can please help.
1) We have 3 bikes, is it possible that we 6 go on that trip on 3 bikes or do we need more.
2) How to plan our trip as in we have 15 days, what should be our plan

Hello folks. Very nice to be a part of this excellent community. Been watching this space for a long time. And finally Leh has got me registered to this thread.
Hi,
I need some help in planning my Delhi - Ladakh trip from June 29 - July 8. I have a almost 10 days for this bike trip.
We are a team of 4 people travelling to Leh on June 29 on bikes.
Can you please help in finalising the route, schedule and check points.
Can you tel me how many KMs i should cover every day to complete the trip?
I am basically looking for a full plan alongwith destination covered every day.

Please let me know if the below plan is pratically possible.
Day 1-Start early in morning from Kargil and reach diskit via Leh and stay at Diskit.
Day 2- Start Diskit vist Panamik and back to Leh and drive down to Spangmik and rest there
Day 3- Start Spangmik and reach Tso Moriri via Upshi Mahe continue towards Tso Kar and finally drive to Manali and halt. Also please suggest is night drive is advisable from Sarchu to Manali if requried.
Please let me know if the below plan is pratically possible.
