hello,
well friends i am willing to buy property in uttrakhand as i am from Punjab state , i am not aware of Uttrakhand property law. which says only some limited amount of land others state peoples can buy..so my freinds of uttrakhand who knows some legal points kindly advice me throught this thread... please post to this topic.. as i hdo not want to keep my money in bank for anymore since i am searching it from last 15months..KIndly KIndly HELPPPPP.....
Kindly also suggest how can one become domicial of uttrakhand? ...so it would be helpful to me...i would like to know some areas which have CHEAPEST rates as compare to other areas in Dehradun....

What kind of property do you want.
Residential in city, Residential nearby city,
Resort type Flats to be rented out and
get monthly income type scheme.,
or commercial property for normal shop,
office factory or Renting resort type business.
There are many points.
person from outer state can take maximum 200Sq yard plot.
Outer areas may have temporary Building Structure permission only.
Plot in city area can be with permanent structure.
Please specify first.
If Budget is also there, please give the range, as 35-50Lac etc.
Preferred Location, Size of Property, Use etc should be in approx estimate.
Or
I can simply say Plots of 200 Sq yards are available
in and Around Nainital District for 6-7 Lacs.
These are out of city residential plots on or near main roads / state highways.

first of all i thank you for reply with very useful info and guide me to right way...talking about completely Residential plot for HOME
so i was looking property which is nearby the city approximately in 15 kilometers of range(city)...and the budget u told me absolutely fit to my pocket as i am looking to buy only residential plot not for any kind of investment or commercial purpose what all i want to make my Home there....and as i am ready to move
so satinder could u please tell me that which particular areas or places i can visit....which you guided me in this budget.....throw some light on this ...satinder kindly let me know some roughly idea about rate nearby the city dehradun, nainital or some others which all you are aware about...that would be very plus point for me

I think, You can visit Dehradun.
PM to Gulloo ji, He is GURU Member here.
He may guide best locations.
For me, I think Dehradun - Paonta Sahib Road is best location for Plots.
There must be good development, as Industrial and Educational Institutions are looking to be here.
Dehradun - Mussoorie stretch may be tourist attraction.
Plots may be costly enough.
I am not a Local from Dehradun.
So, I cannot help for Dehradun.

Only then A Real Estate can be sold.
But in reality who cares.
Beware.
Try to check all papers of Land.
