I ran into this website. It seems that they will do laundry and they have monthly, quaterly and early plans for an average family. It is about 3000 for two adults and 2 kids below the age of 12. They will pick clothes from home and deliver back to home for free. Most likely it serves only in limited area, but looks good so far.

These people must be having limitation on clothes as people start to abuse if it is unlimited.
Earlier other service operators had the pinch and did limitation / cap on number or weight of clothes.

They did not mention anything on frequency either. A monthly service can be used for weekly pickups. The free area pickups are also unknown. However, depending on what exactly is covered, it may be a good option because you have to forgo buying a washing machine, using water and electricity.
