Not sure about Mumbai, but you can definitely get them from Karol Bagh, Delhi. May be check with any local group or @adsatinder ji can tag someone from Mumbai/ Thane.

2) We will be carrying tents. I need your guidence in placing tents in Patnitop, Kargil, Nubra Valley, Pangong Lake, Pang, Jispa.

Patnitop is a proper tourist spot, will be crowded on weekends, very little chance of privacy. But you can pitch the tent before or after the town. I'd rather stay in a hotel, will get many options.

Kargil, again a crowded place. Will prefer to stay in a guest house/ hotels.

For Nubra, you can pick any one of Hundar, Diskit or Panamik. You can also ask hotel guys, if they allow to pitch tents in the yard/ garden area. This way you can use other facilities, and get food.

Pangong: Pitch anywhere after Spangmik towards Man Merak. Just make sure that its not on the lake shores. Keep some distance from the lake.

For Pang and Sarchu, pitch your tents nearby existing camp sites. You might need some help, water or food and staying closer to human establishments won't harm.

Share the places whic you people feel safe and good for camping.

Himalayas, in general, are Safe. But keep your money, important documents and other costly items like Camera etc, with you in the tent.

3) Need guidence on Nubra Valley To Pangong. Do you feel road which follows Shyok River will be good in last week of June.

I've not been on this road, but what I've read is that road is generally bad all year. People have done it, though. Try to cross water crossings early morning. Water level rises after 12 PM.

4) Bike Check ups : When and where we can service our bike

Srinagar, Kargil, Leh City, Keylong and Manali.

5) Kindly share if there are any contact number which will help us in bike breakdown.

Network connectivity is a big issue in the region. Only postpaid BSNL/ Airtel works in J&K. A number might not be very useful in that area. Sat phones are not allowed. Learn to do the basics yourself and ask locals for help. Also, go through the Ladakh Guide, there is a list of places with fuel and puncture/ basic mechanic shops throughout the region.

Thanks @Apoorv SHarma for nice reply.

about Ladakh Carrier, I got some reference in Mumbai and Pune. will take from them.

Can you guide me in following??
1) Is it possible to travel Amritsar to Srinagar in one Day?
1) Is it possible to travel Srinagar to Leh in one Day?

we are planning to get one day break in Leah so we have to manage this...

1) Is it possible to travel Srinagar to Leh in one Day?..
It is possible but difficult. Also, you'd miss out spending time and taking pics at some good places . In my opinion, do not stress yourselves and take a break at Kargil. So Srinagar to Kargil and Kargil to Leh would be advisable

Just to add one more piece..
In 2014 June when I went, they were allowing traffic from Srinagar towards Kargil after 2pm only at Zojil la Pass. We reached there around 12:30 and waited for 1 and half hours for them to open the road for onward traffic. Not sure if that still happens but do confirm that in advance.

You will cross Sonmarg when leaving from Srinagar towards Zoji La pass. You wont have to detour as such unless you want to wonder around or visit a specific place. Also, Sonmarg is where you will start to realize the dip in temperature as it is usually hot all the way till you reach Sonmarg. Enjoy :)

Yes, Amritsar to Srinagar can be done in a day, Start early from Amritsar so that u avoid city traffic and the 42 degree heat.

Now Srinagar to Leh. As paddy suggested waiting at Kargil is better as there will be lot of times you will stop for photo clicks.

Please carry Rain covers and Rain coats, We got rain in Ajmer and then Srinagar.(If it rains, then it will slow down your speed and Zozilla will be difficult as u got pillions on both bikes)

In Leh you will get a RE garage which is strictly for RE and for people going for Ladakh. I don't have the number but its on the way to the place where we stayed in Leh. Give me your number so I can whatsapp you the address and the phone number of the hotel we stayed. it was slightly outside city and economical and he will let you know about that RE workshop.
